The DVI Cardel and RodBlu family of funds were formed in 2005 to offer individual investors a venue in which to leverage and increase their capital through value-added, opportunistic real estate ventures made in partnership with high caliber financial institutions. The funds target acquisition and development of lodging, office, retail, multi-family and vacant real estate parcels that offer upside potential through repositioning, redevelopment and management turnarounds.
